As soon as you enter Ryokan Sanga, you’ll just know.
In a secluded forest along a mountain stream exists a hidden sanctuary in the form of a traditional japanese inn - it’s an image straight out of a dream.
Late Summer at Ryokan Sanga is a special time. A gathering and harvesting of all the fruits and blooms of high summer before drawing inward for the quieter months to come. The fertility of the natural world pours in through every window, covering the outdoor onsen baths in a gently waving ceiling of leaves.
With tatami bedrooms, softly worn wooden floors, traditional architecture and multiple medicinal hot spring baths, the space alone is enough to melt back into the parts of the self you have turned away from for too long.
Our Japanese Late Summer Dream is a celebration and cultivation of all that has grown and blossomed so far over the year.
Inspired by the elegance and simplicity of ancient Japanese culture and the every changing scenery of the countryside, we will spend five precious days together deeply restoring and coming back to our bodies, our femininity and re-building our inner and outer luminosity.
We will soak in onsen baths, eat exquisite local and seasonal foods, practice kundalini and yin yoga, feminine taoist and tantric arts as well as explore together the lushious outdoors and our inmost landscapes through carefully curated poetry workshops and human design circles.
